Returns Policy

Return postage is at your own cost.  We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind please send your returns back to us within 30 days of receipt of order.  Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  Always retain proof of postage.

Conditions of returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, just return the product to us in perfect condition within 30 days, following the instructions below.

We’ll exchange or refund, any unwanted item, once they are returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused.

Please return the invoice with the item and state the reason for the return.

Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can’t prevent the card-owner knowing.

How to Return An Item

  • Please identify the returned item on the invoice and add your reason for the return.
  • Enclose the invoice with the unwanted items in the Women’s Sports Gear Pink mailing bag.
  • Take your parcel at the nearest post office. The returns address is:

Missing or damaged orders

If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been dispatched but you have not received your order within 5 working days, first of all please view your order status online by signing into your account and selecting view orders. please contact us 07447 029024 or and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

For damaged items we usually replace them straight away if they are still available in stock or you will have the option to choose another item or a full refund. Please email our customer services team on
