How will I know you have refunded me?

Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.

Do I have to pay for my returns?

Return postage is at your own cost.  We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind please send your returns back to us within 30 days of receipt of order.  Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  Always retain proof of postage.

How do I return something if I need to?

When we send out your order we enclose a copy of your invoice, please circle the items you are returning with a brief explanation as to why you are returning them. If you are unsure about what you would like instead, or have a particular reason for returning items, we would love to hear from you, so feel free to call us on 07447 029024 or email customercare@womenssportsgear.co.uk.

How long will I have to wait to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 24 hrs and postage should take an additional one to 5 working days depending on which service you have selected. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

How much is postage?

Delivery is free on orders £60 or over, this will be delivered on our standard delivery service.

For orders under £60 there is a charge for delivery within the UK of £3.99 for standard delivery (within 5 workings days).
